ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ
บริษัท ธารา พูลวิลล่า แกรนด์ จำกัด ("ผู้ให้บริการ") ให้บริการระบบจัดการแชทและการจองแก่พูลวิลล่าหลายแห่ง ("วิลล่า") การใช้ระบบนี้ ไม่ว่าในฐานะผู้ดูแลวิลล่า หรือในฐานะลูกค้าที่ทักแชทถึงวิลล่า ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้
บริการ
ระบบรวมแชทจาก Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE และแชทบนเว็บไซต์ของวิลล่าไว้ที่เดียว มีบอทช่วยตอบอัตโนมัติ และมีเครื่องมือบันทึกการจอง ออกใบเสร็จ และส่งข้อมูลการเข้าพักให้แม่บ้าน
สำหรับลูกค้าของวิลล่า
- สัญญาการเข้าพัก ราคา เงื่อนไขการจอง การยกเลิก และการคืนเงิน เป็นเรื่องระหว่างคุณกับวิลล่าโดยตรง ผู้ให้บริการไม่ได้เป็นคู่สัญญา
- คำตอบของบอทเขียนจากข้อมูลที่วิลล่ากรอกไว้ และอาจผิดพลาดได้ ราคา วันว่าง และการยืนยันการจอง ให้ถือตามที่ผู้ดูแลวิลล่ายืนยัน
- การเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
สำหรับผู้ดูแลวิลล่า
- เก็บบัญชีเข้าสู่ระบบไว้เป็นความลับ และรับผิดชอบการใช้งานทุกอย่างที่เกิดจากบัญชีของคุณ
- เชื่อมได้เฉพาะเพจ บัญชี Instagram และ LINE OA ที่วิลล่าเป็นเจ้าของหรือได้รับอนุญาตให้ดูแล
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของ Meta และ LINE เช่น ตอบลูกค้าภายในช่วงเวลาที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด และส่งข่าวสารหรือโปรโมชั่นเฉพาะคนที่เลือกรับ
- วิลล่ารับผิดชอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่พัก ราคา และเนื้อหาที่ส่งถึงลูกค้า รวมถึงการแจ้งลูกค้าและขอความยินยอมตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ข้อห้าม
ห้ามใช้ระบบส่งสแปม เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น ห้ามพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของวิลล่าอื่น และห้ามรบกวนการทำงานของระบบ
บริการของผู้อื่น
ระบบทำงานผ่าน Meta, LINE, OpenAI, Google และ Firebase ซึ่งมีข้อกำหนดของตัวเอง ถ้าบริการเหล่านี้ขัดข้องหรือเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไข บางส่วนของระบบอาจใช้ไม่ได้ชั่วคราว
การระงับและการยกเลิก
ผู้ให้บริการอาจระงับบัญชีหรือการเชื่อมต่อที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ เจ้าของวิลล่ายกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อเพจหรือ LINE OA ได้เองทุกเมื่อ ระบบลบ token ทันทีที่ยกเลิก
ความรับผิด
ผู้ให้บริการดูแลให้ระบบทำงานได้ต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัยอย่างดีที่สุด แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าระบบจะไม่ขัดข้องเลย และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม เช่น การจองที่เสียไปเพราะระบบหรือแพลตฟอร์มภายนอกขัดข้อง เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
การเปลี่ยนแปลงและกฎหมายที่ใช้
ถ้าข้อกำหนดนี้เปลี่ยน ผู้ให้บริการจะแก้วันที่มีผลด้านบน ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย

Terms of Service
Tara Poolvilla Grand Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ธารา พูลวิลล่า แกรนด์ จำกัด) (the "Operator") provides a chat and booking management system to pool villas (each a "Villa"). By using the system, either as a Villa administrator or as a guest who messages a Villa, you agree to these terms.
The service
The system brings a Villa's Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE and website chat into one inbox, offers an automated assistant that can reply to guests, and provides tools to record bookings, issue receipts and give housekeepers the stay details they need.
For guests
- Your stay, its price, booking conditions, cancellations and refunds are agreed between you and the Villa. The Operator is not a party to that agreement.
- The assistant writes replies from the information the Villa entered and may make mistakes. Prices, availability and booking confirmations are those confirmed by the Villa's staff.
- How your data is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy.
For Villa administrators
- Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for everything done with it.
- Connect only Pages, Instagram accounts and LINE Official Accounts that the Villa owns or is authorised to manage.
- Follow Meta's and LINE's policies, including replying within each platform's messaging window and sending news or offers only to people who chose to receive them.
- The Villa is responsible for the accuracy of its property information, prices and the content it sends to guests, and for giving guests the notices and obtaining the consents that data protection law requires.
Prohibited use
Do not use the system to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, try to access another Villa's data, or interfere with the system's operation.
Third-party services
The system runs on Meta, LINE, OpenAI, Google and Firebase, which have their own terms. If they fail or change their conditions, parts of the system may be temporarily unavailable.
Suspension and termination
The Operator may suspend an account or connection that breaches these terms. A Villa owner may disconnect a Page or LINE Official Account at any time; its token is deleted as soon as it is disconnected.
Liability
The Operator works to keep the system available and secure but does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows is not liable for indirect losses, such as bookings lost because the system or a third-party platform was unavailable.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
